Returns Information

If you would like to return your order please get in touch via hello@howdencoffee.co.uk. You will be able to return your order for an exchange or refund if it meets the following criteria.

Unwanted item

Please return your unused, unwanted product in its original condition within 14 days of date of delivery. Your original receipt of purchase must be included with your shipment. Once received in unused condition, we will issue an exchange or refund within 14 days.

Faulty product

In the unlikely event you find a fault with your product, please get in touch at hello@howdencoffee.co.uk. Once return is agreed, we ask that you return it with your original receipt of purchase, and proof of postage within 14 days of delivery. Once received in required condition we will issue an exchange or refund within 14 days and in addition, the postage you paid to return it. .
